Baccarat Punto Banco was born in North America and then spread around the world. It is the game that officially and properly is the only one who could be called Baccarat.
Although in two games, Baccarat involves a number of players that can range up to 14 people, because people could bet even if they are not playing, just like blackjack.
Before deploying any participant can bet:
- on player as the winner of the hand, POINT
- on the bank winner of the hand, or BANK
- on draw or both, or TIE or EGALITE’
The mechanics of the game follows a very strict schedule, beginning from the dealer are dealt two cards to the player and the bank, which is run by the same dealer (the cards have their face value except 10 and the figures that are worth 0). If one of these hands has made 8 or 9 points, both hands are shown, the highest point wins, and if a tie occurs, however, the hand is even. But if anyone were to have a natural, then it acts according to the player’s cards: if you have a 6 or 7, the player does not take any cards, otherwise they will receive another. Furthermore, if the player has 6 or 7 and the dealer has 0 1 2 3 4 5 then the bank takes another card. If using the 4 cards dealt at the beginning there is a result of 6/7 or 7/6 or 6/6 or 7/7 so do not hold more cards.
So it’s the turn of the dealer:
- is whether the value of his cards is 7;
- if the value is 6, the Banker draws a card if the player’s third card is a 6 or 7;
- If the value is 5, the Banker draws a card if the player’s third card is a 4,5,6 or 7;
- if the value is 4, the dealer draws a card if the player’s third card is a 2,3,4,5,6 or 7;
- if the value is 3, the Banker draws a card if the player’s third card is different from 8 and 9;
- if the value is 2.1 or 0, the banker takes another card ever.
After the dealer has made his move, the cards are shown and the player with the total value of cards that is closest to 9 wins.
